Tunley Rod & Bar only deal in plain round and ribbed reinforcing steels we tend to carry larger stocks than your average steel stockholder so you can rest assured that we normally have ample stock to fulfill your order. Our customer base has grown over the years by being able to offer rod and bar products cut to length in different formats to suit the application.

SAWN ROUND , SQUARE & FLAT BAR
Many stockholders shy away from sawing small round bar round bar due to of high blade usage when bundle cutting, here at Tunley production saw cutting is our forte and because on many diameters we are able to utilise back ends / off cuts hence we are very competitive on prices.

BOW TOP HOOPS / PUNCHED BAR
Probably the largest manufacturer of fencing bows/hoops in the country we can now offer the full package for wrought iron fencing manufacturers. We have recently invested in an automated punching system to be able to supply punched flat bar, so now all you now have to do is weld them together!

SIZES
Our standard range of bows have 100mm gap between bars ie. 12mm - 112mm ctrs.,16mm - 116ctrs., 20mm - 120ctrs. other centers are available, ask for details. We are able to produce any overall height you require and because we work to good a tolerance you will not need to cut them back to size or pay extra as with some of our competitors!
